80300 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document sets out the terms and rules governing the use of the 80300 platform. By registering or using any part of this platform, you agree to be bound by all terms stated below. Please read carefully before proceeding.

1. Acceptance of Terms & Conditions

Registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses or circumvent restrictions is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts.
You must provide a valid email address and an active phone number during registration. This information is used for account verification and important account-related communications.
Password Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. 80300 will never ask for your password via email, phone or any other channel. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, please contact our support team immediately.
All activity conducted through your account — including bets, deposits and withdrawals — is deemed to be your own action unless you report unauthorised access in writing within a reasonable time.
3. User Responsibilities & Usage Rules
Users of the 80300 platform agree to comply with all of the following usage rules. Violation of any of these rules may result in account suspension or closure, and in certain cases, legal action.

- Being responsible for all transactions and activities carried out through your account

Intellectual Property & Platform Content
All content on the 80300 platform — including logos, interface, graphics, text, game software and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of 80300 or its respective licensors. 4. Payment Information & Transactions in MYR
All transactions on the 80300 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR) as the official currency. Users are responsible for ensuring that deposits are made using payment methods registered in their own name.
Deposit
Successful deposits will be credited to your account within the timeframe specified by your chosen payment method. 80300 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors. Any failed or pending deposits should be reported to our support team along with the relevant proof of transaction.
Withdrawal
Withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with the established schedule and procedures. 80300 reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal, particularly for unverified accounts or where the amount exceeds certain limits. Withdrawals will only be credited to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same user's name.
Bonus & Promotions
All bonuses are subject to the wagering requirements (rollover) stated in the relevant promotional terms. Bonuses are non-transferable between accounts. 80300 reserves the right to void any bonus or winnings derived from a bonus if a breach of promotional terms is found.
5. Account Policy — Suspension & Closure
Account Suspension
80300 reserves the right to temporarily suspend any user account if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, a breach of terms, or the need to conduct an internal investigation. During the suspension period, access to the account, deposits and withdrawals may be partially or fully restricted.
Users whose accounts have been suspended will be contacted via their registered email for further clarification or to undergo a re-verification process if required.
Account Closure
80300 may permanently close an account if a user is found to have seriously or repeatedly violated these Terms & Conditions. This includes confirmed fraud, money laundering, the use of multiple accounts or attempts to hack the system. Where an account is closed due to a violation, any remaining balance may be frozen or forfeited depending on the nature of the breach.
Users may also request to close their own account at any time through official support channels. Any valid remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with standard procedures before the account is closed.
6. Liability Limitations, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
Platform Liability Limitations
80300 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of or inability to use this platform, including but not limited to financial loss resulting from service interruptions, technical errors, transaction delays or unauthorised access not caused by our negligence. The platform is provided "as is" and we make no guarantees regarding the continuity or accuracy of the service at all times.
Third-Party Links
The 80300 platform may contain references or links to third-party services such as payment processors. 80300 has no control over the content or policies of such third parties and is not responsible for any damage or loss arising from the use of their services. Changes to Terms & Governing Law
